Keeping your system free of viruses and spam is difficult in today's environment of rapidly changing threats to your computer systems. I offer various solutions to help with these problems.

If you use my email service, I employ the latest spam and virus filtering techniques, and will be able to keep most viruses/spyware, etc. off your computer.
As a second defense, I recommend running virus protection as well as a spyware protection on your computer. This will help keep your computer safe from viruses and spyware that are transmitted in different ways (like surfing the web).
